The amazing love of a God who loves the world he made so and did not have this love reciprocated. How can we know that God exits? Who is this God that the gorpel and praise and worship music leaders talk about?
What is christian music? Is it this boring music, slow to death you fall asleep as soon as you listen to it? I urge you to lend a new ear to christian music and praise and worship songs. Some artist really rock and sing their hearts out!
Many rock and roll artists in fact grew up christians and fell away for some reason, sometimes it is the suffering in this world that makes some musicians doubt the existence of a loving God. But the bible says clearly thae there is a devil that makes people suffer not God!
I am a seventh day adventist, i know Prince grew up seventh day adventist. The four black sabbath musicians including Ozzy Osbourne grew up seventh day adventists, thus the name of the band from the most important feature of the seventh day adventist church the seventh day sabbath.
Which is the fourth of the ten commandments which says 'remember the sabbath day to keep it holy, six days shalt thou labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord your God, in it thou shalt do no work'
Some bands like stryper crossed over and really played good melodic metal in the name of God like one of their cd says: 'In God we trust' or 'to hell with the devil' .
Or an excellent band like King's X praised by the media and fellow musicians but music goers haven't yet followed through on the immense quality of this band!
Or Lincoln brewster with the hit song hallehujah.
It is true that there is a lot of questions on the existence of God. Something that has never been proven is the non-existence of God. No one has ever proven that God does not exist.
Many things that we see cannot be proven by the evolution theory, the love we see in animals, the love of a mother for a child, the wind, thoughts! I mean think about it, where do thoughts come from?
Where do the laws come from? The law of gravity? When you let go of an object it falls down. Who made this law if the evolution theory came from natural happenings?
